Quiet Evening Arcade
In May 2024, I traveled to Osorezan and stayed in Mutsu City, the largest city on the Shimokita Peninsula, for three days and two nights. Tourist destinations are usually crowded during the May holidays, but Mutsu City was free from the hustle and bustle of the holidays, despite being not far from Osorezan and only an hour"s drive from Omasaki.
The photo shows Fashion Street KINTA, an arcade lined with izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) before they open.
