Tetrapods and Mutsu Bay
After my long-awaited visit to Osorezan, I left my lodging in Mutsu City and drove toward Tokyo to head home.It was a clear, sunny day, perfect for driving.
I found a parking lot in an open area that seemed to offer a good view, so I parked.
Next to the parking lot were a souvenir shop and a restaurant, and there was a convenience store next door.
Beyond the tetrapods, Mutsu Bay spread out, and the Shimokita Peninsula was faintly visible through the haze.With a touch of wistfulness, I gazed out over the bay.
